America's Health Care staff performs an in-depth interview with all candidates to determine skills and experience for appropriate placement.
- One year current experience.
- Criminal Background checks and drug testing are performed for all employees.
- All AHC employees who are required by state law or regulation to hold a license or certificate must hold a license/certificate valid in the state of employment.
- Reference checks are performed for the last 2 years of employment. References will be completed before candidate is assigned.
- Yearly physical examination, including negative Tuberculosis screening, is required and documented prior to placement. America's Health Care complies with all state health screening requirements.
- Candidates for employment must maintain current cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Zero tolerance for no-call no-shows.
- Attendance policy, policy & procedures and job description on file.
- Adherence to facilities requirements regarding CPR certification, physical exams, documentation of Rubella / Rubeola immunity, drug screening and varicella immunity.
