Clients are assigned a Care Manager who will help develop a plan that is customized to their needs, oversee all the care we provide and answer all questions.
Our employees are highly experienced and our screening process includes credit, drug, criminal and medical screening. We hold extensive personal interviews. We select only individuals who we would be willing to trust in our home.
Every at-home caregiver is oriented, supervised and guided continuously by our Care Manager. The supervision ensures that our clients are getting exactly the care they need.
Because we know that an acute need can happen any time of the day or night, we are staffed to give you 24x7 care.
Our integrated team of nurses and care professionals (all employed by the same company, all working towards the same goal) give us the ability to handle complex cases that require the integration of multiple decisions. This includes the vital area of medication management.
